Day Services

The Mary Ann Evans Hospice offers a warm and welcoming home from home environment and was established to enhance the quality of life to people who have a diagnosis of cancer and other life limiting illnesses.  Care and support is offered to our patients and their families/carers of all cultures and faiths, what ever their needs:- physical, emotional, psychological, social or spiritual.  The Day Hospice provides care for up to 15 patients a day Monday to Friday.  All care give is free of charge to those attending the Hospice.........

Hospice at Home

The Hospice at Home team consists of Kay the Staff Nurse and a team of 7 very experienced Senior Care Assistants.  To increase the core services available a pilot scheme was set up in 1994. It continues to develop as the need arises and is an integral part of the Hospice Services.........

The Mary Ann Evans Hospice is not a new charity but we continue to provide new services. Our newest addition is the introduction of the Lymphoedema Service for the people of North Warwickshire who have developed lymphoedema following cancer treatment. .....

Complementary Therapies

Patients with cancer and other life limiting diseases are increasingly using complementary therapies in addition to conventional treatment. We, here at the Day Hospice, offer a Complementary Therapy Service which works alongside the patient’s medical treatment.......
